Run the session

Key features, as Figma lists them

Stickies, shapes and connectors
Templates for stand-ups, retros and planning
Prompt to create meeting templates and timelines
Sort stickies into themes and summarise output with AI

What it overlaps with

Figma Design can hold diagrams too, but its tools assume precision. FigJam's AI sorting is a first pass, not analysis: a dedicated research tool keeps findings linked to their evidence.
